Training: Traditional culinary and wines in Haskovo

А training "Traditional culinary and wines" in Haskovo within the project „Promotion and development of natural and cultural heritage of Bulgarian – Greek cross-border region through smart and digital tools“, with acronym „eTOURIST“, Subsidy contract № В2.6с.07/09.10.2017 was held in June 2019 in Haskovo. The training organizer was PB4 – Active Citizens Partnership and the Lead Partner provided a hall and logistics for the event.
Representatives of restaurants from the region, hoteliers, chefs, restaurant owners and others participated in the training. Within the training were presented various topics related to: traditional cuisine and wine; administration of restaurant business; basic principles of organization and management, basic principles of presentation of food and beverages, study of traditional culinary art and wine in the area of ​​Haskovo and Evros for presentation of traditional cuisine and recipes, herbs and spices, traditional food products; Traditional food products, traditional culinary events, and more.
